Carmen’z Kitchen started with something simple - my love for food and the way it brings people together. Some of my favorite moments in life have happened around a table. Not just the big celebrations like weddings or graduations, but the smaller, quieter moments too: brunch with friends, late-night conversations, family gatherings where no one is in a rush to leave. There’s something powerful about sharing a meal, about being present with people, about creating a space where everyone feels connected. Cooking has always been my way of creating those moments.
